WHAT IS OUR AMBITION?
To improve the lives of vulnerable adults in Lewisham
We are determined to achieve this by providing support and meaningful community-based activities to meet the current and future needs of vulnerable adults in Lewisham. At the core of our ambition is the improvement of community wellbeing through supporting the development of community-based services and increasing the accessibility of these services for the most vulnerable adults living in Lewisham.
The Lewisham Connections partnership is made up of six organisations who have come together to improve and develop the services that are offered to vulnerable adults in Lewisham. The partners are: Age UK Lewisham and Southwark, Carers Lewisham, Lewisham Disability Coalition, Rushey Green Time Bank, Voluntary Action Lewisham and Voluntary Services Lewisham. The partnership creates efficiencies through working together, information sharing and sharing expertise and learning.
The Lewisham Connections partnership has a track record of delivering valued services that support people’s independence, promote well being and seek to ensure vulnerable people are well informed and able to access services appropriate to their needs and individual situations.
